Liz grew up in Brooklyn Park and began investing in real estate when she bought her first two properties when 20 and 21 years old.  She later earned a four year Housing degree from the U of MN, where she interned with renowned non-profit PPL. 

She now is a mentor for Housing Studies students at the U of MN and serves on the Board of Directors and Housing committee for the Lyndale neighborhood in Minneapolis in her free time.  She specializes in investment properties, REOs, short sales, and working with international clients. She understands how overwhelming and daunting buying a home or investment property can be, and wants to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for each of her clients.

Andrew Scherber was raised in the Twin Cities' western metro and graduated from Robbinsdale Cooper High School. He graduated with a degree in journalism. He specializes in working with first-time home buyers and really enjoys helping people reach that milestone in their lives. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys reading, writing, watching sports and spending time with family & friends.

Lisa Lyons has BAs in Architecture and Italian Studies from University of Minnesota and 10+ years work experience in design, including, interiors, remodels and historic preservation. Several years ago while purchasing her own 115 year old home using a 203K rehab loan, her passions for design, preservation and real estate came together and...the rest is history! Besides specializing in design, remodel and rehab, Lisa's past career in radio enables her to bring a relaxed, intuitive and professional communication style to each transaction, whether you are buying or selling.

Cassandra Johnson is originally from Brookfield, WI but has been living in Minneapolis for the past four years. She is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Management and is a licensed Realtor. Cassandra also has previous work experience with property management and government contracting.

Alex Zeiger grew up in Philadelphia, PA, where she worked at the front desk for a Philadelphia real estate agency throughout high school. In 2008, Alex relocated to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota. An internship in her minor, Housing Studies, brought Alex to the Sibet Home Team. Upon graduation, she plans to get her real estate license and ultimately practice real estate law in Minnesota.
