When rent at my New Hope apartment of 6 years was set to add garbage and water and increase too, Liz said she could help me buy a house for lower than rent. The first house she showed me was just perfect so I said, "This is it. where do I sign?" She insisted on showing me a few more just to make sure I was sure and that it was the right one. They were all very nice but I still chose the first one for the quiet area and deck overlooking the wooded area. At the inspection, she insisted the inspector get all the way up in the attic. That saved me a surprise later when he found the evidence of a leaky roof. She went above and beyond to negotiate the price down with the bank, even though that meant she much less commission. My total payment is $100 a month cheaper than my rent was and instead of a small one bedroom, I have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a 2 car garage and 3 finished levels of living space. I love it!
